Art requires structure as much as imagination.Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting your request.Submitting the commission form and completing payment constitutes full agreement to these terms.
✧ TERMS OF SERVICE ✧
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms.✧ GENERAL• Payment methods accepted: PayPal or DollarApp only.
• Full payment must be made upfront before work begins.
• I will not start any commission without payment confirmation.
• Clear visual references are required: mood board, gender, clothing, color palette, extras, and personality notes if relevant.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.✧ COMMUNICATION• Please be clear and specific when submitting your request.
• Lack of reference or vague descriptions may affect the final result.
• Communication must remain respectful.✧ PROCESSMy workflow follows this structure:1. Rough sketch (composition + pose)
2. Clean sketch
3. Client revision and approval
4. Lineart
5. Base colors
6. Color approval
7. Shadows
8. Lighting
9. Background (if detailed, separate approval stage)
10. Final detailing• You are allowed one revision during the sketch phase.
• A sketch will always be sent for approval before moving forward.
• Major changes (pose, anatomy, outfit redesign, species change) are ONLY allowed during the sketch stage.
• After sketch approval, only minor adjustments are accepted.
• Major redesign after approval will require an additional fee.✧ REVISIONSMajor changes Include:
(They are only during the sketch phase)
• Pose
• Anatomy
• Outfit redesign
• species change
• Structural adjustments such as tails, paws, ears, eyes, mouth, nose, fur, wings
• Items and objectsMinor adjustments include:
• Small color corrections (hair, eyes, clothing tones).
• Slight facial expression changes.
• Small accessory tweaks.Minor adjustments do NOT include:
• Changing the entire pose.
• Redesigning clothing.
• Changing species or body structure.
• Adding new complex elements after approval.If you require extra revision,i can do it, but It will have a cost of 30 to 90 USD , deppending of the complexity and how far I have been already working, specally since other clients will be waiting too.✧ USAGE RIGHTS• All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• Commercial use requires an additional fee.
• You may repost the artwork with proper credit.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own.
• You may not use commissioned art for NFTs, AI training datasets, or resale.
• I retain full copyright and the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media unless agreed otherwise.
• If you do not want your commission posted publicly, you must inform me before I start.✧ WATERMARK• I may upload the artwork with a watermark stating it is a commission.
• If you prefer it not to be posted publicly, communicate it in advance.
The final delivered file provided to the client will not contain a watermark.✧TURNAROUND TIME• Standard commissions: 1–2 weeks depending on complexity and queue.
• Full sticker sets: 2–3 weeks.
• Branding packs and visual identity projects: up to 4 weeks.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Delays caused by client inactivity do not count toward the turnaround time.You will be informed if there are unexpected delays.✧ DELIVERY• Final files are delivered in high-resolution PNG unless otherwise specified.
• Source files are not included.
• Source files (.PSD) are not included unless explicitly agreed upon prior to payment and may require an additional fee.✧ FILE FORMAT AND RESOLUTION• Final files are delivered in .PNG format unless otherwise agreed.Headshots:

• 300 DPIAdditional exports or extended usage packages may include:

• Multiple format exports✧ REFUNDS• No refunds after sketch approval.
• If I cancel the commission before sketch approval, a full refund will be issued.
• In the event of a refund, the artist will only refund the amount actually received.
• Any transaction fees, service charges, currency conversion fees, or platform taxes (PayPal, DollarApp.) are non-refundable and will not be covered by the artist.✧ CLIENT CANCELLATION• If the client decides to cancel the commission after the process has started, no refund will be issued.
• Once the sketch has been delivered and approved, the payment becomes non-refundable.✧ CLIENT INACTIVITY• If the client does not respond within 7 business days, the commission will be paused.
• If inactivity exceeds 30 days without prior notice, the commission will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
• The project may only be resumed if the artist’s schedule allows it.
• Extended client inactivity (30+ days without communication) will result in commission cancellation without refund and may lead to permanent refusal of future services.✧ WORK ORDER• Commissions are completed in order of payment, not in order of inquiry.
• Payment secures a spot in the queue, not immediate delivery.✧ COMMERCIAL USAGE RIGHTS (CLARIFICATION)The following are considered commercial use, including but not limited to:
• Sale of merchandise (stickers, prints, clothing, etc.).
• Use on book covers or product packaging.
• Monetization on streams or digital content.
• Business branding, logos, or visual identity.
• Any use that generates direct or indirect income.Commercial use requires the purchase of an additional license agreed upon in advance.✧ CREDIT• The client must provide visible credit to the artist when posting the artwork.
• Credit must include the artist’s username and, when possible, a direct link to their profile.✧ ARTWORK MODIFICATIONS• The client may not edit, alter, apply filters, modify colors, or crop the artwork without prior permission.
• Any unauthorized modification constitutes a violation of these terms.✧ ARTISTIC STYLE• The final artwork will reflect the artist’s personal style.
• Replication of another artist’s specific style will not be accepted.✧ MINIMUM AGE• The client must be of legal age or have legal authorization to make payments and hire services.✧ CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD• Any fraudulent chargeback attempt will be treated as breach of contract.
(In cause you dont read that, yes. Any attempt to file a chargeback after receiving the completed work will result in immediate blacklisting from future commissions and possible legal action.)✧ USE IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE• It is strictly prohibited to use the artwork for AI training, automated datasets, NFTs, or any generative systems without explicit permission and an additional license.

✧ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ✧
✧Do you replicate other artists’ styles?
No. I work exclusively in my own artistic style.✧✧ Can I use my commission as a profile picture or banner?
Yes. The client who commissioned the artwork may use it on their personal social media profiles with proper credit.
Unauthorized third parties may not use the artwork.✧ Can I print my commission (poster, shirt, mug, sticker)?
Yes, for personal use only.
Creating merchandise for sale or monetizing the artwork requires a commercial license.✧ How do I commission you?

All communication during the process will be handled via email.✧ What happens after I submit the form?
If your commission is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and payment links.
Once payment is confirmed, your commission will enter the queue.✧ Will I see the sketch before the final version?
Yes. A sketch will always be sent for approval before moving forward.
Approval at this stage is essential before continuing to lineart and color.✧ Can I request changes during the process?
Major changes are allowed only during the sketch stage.
After approval, only minor adjustments are accepted.✧ What if I don’t have clear references?
Clear visual references are required. Mood boards, outfit references, color palettes, and character notes help ensure accuracy.
I do not work from vague descriptions alone. And I also appreciate receiving character lore, as it helps me capture their personality and align the pose and expression with their essence.✧ Do you keep the rights to the artwork?
Yes. I retain full copyright. The client receives personal usage rights unless a commercial license is purchased. Art requires structure as much as imagination.
